Knowledge, Skill and Ability. What are they? How can you gain these values? It relates to one another. To measure your ability, you must have the right skills. In order for you to be trained on such skills, you must first gain the knowledge.
How do you gain knowledge? Knowledge can be gained through reading, attending courses / training, working experience and people. When you have acquired knowledge, you need to transfer it into skills. You have to determine skills that you are good at or perhaps skills that you are required to learn. After you have mastered the skills, than only you can see the last result, that would be ability.
For example: Aina studied Engineering for 4 years. Knowledge being gained during the 4 years. Later she started working in an Engineering firm. There she gained knowledge via experience. If the employer send her for courses, more knowledge gained from there. While she accumulates the years of experience, the hands on training lead her to some basic skills. And so on and on following the process and flow.
In work, KSA plays important role to produce a good, competent and quality staff. For those who have subordinates, please ensure that they are sent to the right training, at the right time.
During those days, there are many competent people with different background. As of todate, mostly have the qualification but lack of these value in them. All they see is good pay and refuse to learn from the basic. The trend now is so different that than old days. Hmmm...... Do you agree with me?

Life Begins at 40
This quote has been used many years back. What do you think? It contains a lot of meaning and perception may differ from others as well.
From my view, after all the hard work during the young times, by reaching 40 life start changing progressively. Probably the financial state gets better, debts reducing by say 60% (this is just an assumption). Children growing up and be independent. No more screaming and yelling in the house. Some may be almost reaching the peak in work or already placing themselves in a more secure position etc.
But what about the less fortunate group? Are they improving themselves? In life, you must set your goals, stick to your principles and have a good self discipline. It groom oneself to be a better person despite of living poorly. Of course in any situation there is always a price to be paid. But in the end, due to all the hardship, its worth going through it. Some may not realize that all the life experience they gained from the hardship is valuable. You should be grateful because 'experience' is the most expensive teacher in life.
Frankly speaking, life begins at 40 is only words. The actual fact, some people out there who is still struggling for a bowl of rice even after that age. Real life begins from the moment you are born and ends when you die.
